Not seeing IOS 10.0.2 on my 6splus

Does anyone know why I would not be able to see the latest update that came out last week?I have a 6s plus but every time I check for updates it says my software is up to date on 10.1. My ipad Pro is running 10.0.2 but the phone is not seeing it. With that being said I was having similar issue on the ipad. It eventually did update though. Any thoughts?

Mac Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

Having issues updating your device can make your day worse. Let me see if I can help you get this issue resolved.

Check out Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to see if you can update the device on your computer.

The link does not help because it does not show , what to do if you cant see the update. I plugged it into my computer and it still didn't find it. Any idea why? I didn't plug it into my computer but my work computer that still has Itunes but it said it was up to date.
